Membership & Digital Product Access Terms

Access to tools provided via our agency licenses is governed by the original provider’s EULA. We act as a facilitator of access and do not own the intellectual property of these third-party tools. Access terms, including duration and support, will be specified at the point of purchase.
B. Future Membership Programs (“The Hub”):
Should you join a future paid membership:
- Billing: Membership fees will be billed on a recurring (monthly/annual) cycle as specified at sign-up. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: We may offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new members. Refund requests must be submitted via email to our support address. After the guarantee period, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Modification of Access: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate membership benefits or access at our discretion, with notice where required.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abuja, Nigeria.
